Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and optimize daily workflows across all departments (Creative, Production, Post-Production, Marketing, Admin)
- Manage company administration including taxes, regulatory compliance, and legal obligations
- Implement and maintain efficient operational systems and SOPs
- Supervise timelines, budgets, and team performance to ensure smooth project delivery
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly reports for leadership
- Serve as liaison between creative teams and external partners/clients
- Handle HR functions: hiring, onboarding, staff evaluation, and productivity management
- Ensure tools, subscriptions, and office needs are properly managed and renewed Coordinate logistics for shoots, team meetings, trainings, and external collaborations
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management experience (3+ years in operations or admin roles)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- A basic understanding of media production workflows is a plus
- Detail-oriented and proactive in solving problems
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Notion, or ClickUp
- Nigerian law & tax system experience is an advantage
- Based in Lagos or open to remote + hybrid work structure
