Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Finance and Administration. The Head of Finance and Administration will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and creating financial statements. This role involves analytical tasks, managing the company’s finances, and ensuring accurate financial records. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for developing financial strategies to enhance the company’s growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
Experience in the safety equipment or engineering industry is an advantage
