Asenka Global Ltd. is seeking a seasoned and visionary Head, Finance & Administration to lead our entire financial and administrative functions. This pivotal role will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy, ensuring robust compliance, and optimizing administrative processes to support our aggressive growth trajectory.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive financial strategies and policies.

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and treasury.

• Ensure meticulous financial reporting and strict regulatory compliance.

• Provide critical financial insights and analysis to the executive team and Board.

• Optimize administrative processes and manage general procurement for efficiency.

• Contribute to risk management and support strategic growth initiatives.
  

Who You Are:

• You have 5-10+ years of progressive experience in finance and administration, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (Master's/Professional Qualification like ACCA, ICAN, CFA is mandatory).

• You have a proven track record in financial planning, cash flow management, and audit oversight, ideally within a fast-paced startup or diversified SME.

• You are a strategic thinker, an exceptional leader, and possess strong analytical and communication skills. • Experience across pharmaceutical, retail, or hospitality sectors is a significant plus.
