About the role:
This role is ideal for someone passionate about health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a certified and enthusiastic Gym Instructor to join our fitness team on a part-time basis, working two days per week. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness, capable of guiding members in safe and effective exercise routines, and fostering a positive gym environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise gym floor and assist members with equipment usage and workout techniques
- Offer fitness advice and basic workout plans tailored to individual member goals
- Ensure all equipment is in safe working order and report any maintenance issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym area
- Lead small group sessions or classes (if required)
- Promote a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a gym instructor or fitness coach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Available to work (Flexible)
