Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prioritize the Group's schedule, handling meetings, appointments, and preparing and editing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage communications, screening calls and emails, and maintain organized filing systems for efficient access to key documents.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications (phone, email, correspondence)
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
- Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other official documents
- Welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner and attend to their inquiries
- Provide administrative support to operations, sales, marketing and finance teams as needed
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Act as the primary liaison between the Group and key stakeholders, both internally and externally, while managing confidential information with discretion.
- Draft and edit communications for the Group review, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Support the Group with special projects by tracking progress, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Serve as the central contact for all project-related communications and documentation.
- Plan and organize both domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics that align with the Group’s schedule.
- Coordinate executive events, conferences, and industry engagements, ensuring the Group is fully prepared.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the Group’s office by managing supplies, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a professional environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or executive secretarial role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office tools.
- Polished, professional demeanour with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

Pay: ₦840,000.00 - ₦1,020,000.00 per year

- Lagos: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
