Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fund Raiser and Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing fundraising activities, building relationships with donors, and coordinating various projects to support the foundation's mission. This role involves representing the foundation at different events and requires a candidate who loves traveling and sharing organic ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet the foundation's financial goals.
- Organize and coordinate fundraising events and campaigns.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and sponsors.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential donors.
- Manage donor databases and ensure timely follow-up and communication.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful execution of fundraising initiatives.
- Monitor and report on fundraising progress and outcomes.
- Represent the foundation at various events and networking opportunities.
- Share and implement innovative and organic ideas to enhance fundraising efforts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must reside in or around the Sangotedo axis.
- Must love traveling and be willing to represent the foundation at various events.
