Senior Full Stack Engineer

We’re building, a B2B SaaS platform helping beauty and wellness business operate more efficiently and grow We've already onboarded 250+ customers through founder-led sales, and now we're ready to scale.
The product is strong, the market is validated, and we’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help us level up our platform. If you're a builder who enjoys solving real-world problems, working across the stack, and contributing to a mission-driven team, this might be your next big move.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and ship features end-to-end across the stack
- Write clean, scalable code using Node.js, React, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineers to solve real user problems
- Contribute to technical decision-making and architecture discussions
- Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews
- Help document code, APIs, and technical decisions
What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL and building APIs using GraphQL or REST
- Comfortable working across the stack and diving into unfamiliar parts of the system
- Strong understanding of web app performance, security, and scalability
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, scrappy environments

Pay: ₦1,000,000.00 - ₦1,500,000.00 per month
