About the Project

We’re building a high-impact B2B SaaS platform with an ambitious roadmap. The MVP will be designed in FlutterFlow , with the potential to migrate into a fully coded stack as we scale. You’ll be the primary architect of the MVP , working closely with the founder and strategist. Outstanding performance may also lead to a long-term role as Lead SaaS Project Manager at WarRoom Digital for other ongoing and upcoming projects.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build the full MVP of a SaaS web application in FlutterFlow
• Create responsive and clean UI/UX for both mobile and web
• Architect database, logic, and workflows (authentication, dashboards, dynamic data)
• Integrate third-party APIs (including AI tools such as OpenAI)
• Implement user notifications (email, push, or in-app)
• Test across devices for stability, performance, and consistency
Collaborate asynchronously and communicate progress clearly

Requirements

• 2–5+ years in mobile/web app development
• At least 2 years hands-on experience with FlutterFlow
• Strong knowledge of Firebase, API integrations, and custom functions in FlutterFlow
• Track record of delivering MVPs or production-grade apps
• Solid grasp of responsive design & UX best practices
• Experience integrating AI tools is a plus
  

Bonus Points

• Prior work on SaaS, CRM, or productivity platforms
• Familiarity with Agile execution and fast iteration cycles
• Ability to build custom FlutterFlow components, animations, or logic
• Experience collaborating with international startup teams
  

Technical Test (Mandatory)

Shortlisted candidates will complete a 2–4 hour task :

• Build a basic user dashboard with login flow
• Integrate mock data from a public API
• Show custom workflows/dynamic data handling in FlutterFlow

Instructions and assets will be provided after screening.

Only candidates who complete the task will move forward to the final interview.
