Full Stack Developer
Location: Remote
Compensation: ₦150,000/month

Wisper is a fast-growing technology-driven company committed to delivering innovative data solutions. We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to building, maintaining, and scaling our digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications (frontend and backend).
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with strong attention to performance and security.
- Integrate APIs, third-party services, and internal tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, and other developers) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain proper documentation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or Vue/Angular), and Node.js/Express.js.
- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
