Job Description/Requirements
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detailed-oriented individual with a degree in Pharmacy or any related field to join our Operations Team as Fulfillment Associate. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that all our customers get their orders in a timely, efficiently packed manner, that the customers get the right medications with the best of experience, while ensuring end-to-end tracking, collaboration and documentation on relevant channels.
You will ensure smooth and efficient working relationship with all our pharmacy partners across all channels and demonstrate a good eye for detail. Your main collaborators will be the Care team and you will be the middle man between the Care Team and the customers, ensuring that we always have the best prices and drive down costs of logistics as much as possible to make our customers happy always and keep the business profitable.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Build and maintain efficient fulfillment processes
- Oversee fulfillment channels with customers - individuals & providers
- Ensure prices and price forecasting are always up to date and clearly communicated to the team.
- Manage last-mile delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrate adaptability and empathy in dealing with customers and team members, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Foster a culture of respect and collaboration within the team, while promoting a positive work environment. Maintain a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency to meet customer needs, while providing exceptional customer service.
Please note that this is a hybrid role and in some cases your physical presence might be required.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy or medication supply chain management.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Demonstrated emotional stability & resilience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and logistics management skills, with proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- High degree of initiative and sense of urgency, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Adaptability and empathy in dealing with customers and team members, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Respectful and collaborative attitude towards team members and customers, with a commitment to promoting a positive work environment.
- Familiarity with online tools. A degree in Pharmacy and a good knowledge of medication is a huge plus.
