Job Position: Fuel Station Manager

Job Description
- To oversee the complete operations of a high-volume retail fuel station, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and profitability while leading a team of retail associates.
Responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Manage and oversee daily retail station operations ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure 100% product availability (fuel, lubricants, LPG) with proper inventory management.
- Implement visual merchandising standards for the convenience store.
- Oversee equipment maintenance (dispensers, tanks, POS systems)
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service, including customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
HSSE Compliance:
- Enforce strict safety protocols (fuel handling, fire prevention).
- Conduct monthly safety drills and equipment checks.
- Ensure full compliance with DPR, SON, and environmental regulations.
Site Maintenance:
- Maintain impeccable station cleanliness
- Oversee landscaping and exterior appearance.
- Manage third-party vendors (cleaning, security).
Qualifications
- OND Qualification in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail management (fuel station preferred).
Experience:
- Experience in the oil and gas sector.
- POS and inventory management systems proficiency.
- Computer literate in Word, Excel, Office Outlook, and Financial Software. Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Fuel volume throughput (Monthly).
- Non-fuel revenue contribution.
- Shrinkage control (90%).
