Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage daily front desk activities and support office operations to ensure smooth communication and administrative efficiency across the company.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and attend to visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and courtesy
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and well-stocked front desk and office environment
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and staff calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Support various departments with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Uphold the image of the company through consistent professionalism and responsiveness.

Requirements:
  • OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or front desk role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Polite, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Must reside on the island due to proximity

  • Provides excellent customer service to both external visitors and internal team members.

  • Ensure zero last-minute shortages of office supplies

  • Achieve a good attendance and punctuality rate monthly

  • Complete assigned tasks within deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records and error-free filing systems
  • Professionalism in Communication
  • Resolve front desk concerns
  • Ensure all interactions and correspondence reflect the company’s professional standard.
