About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Auditor to join our growing team in the food retail/QSR space. In this role, you will lead internal financial audits, assess operational risk, and ensure compliance across our confectionery and quick service outlets. You'll play a critical role in safeguarding financial integrity and driving strategic improvements in internal controls and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic audits of financial records, processes, and internal controls across outlets and central operations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), tax laws, and regulatory frameworks.
• Audit revenue streams, POS transactions, and cash handling procedures across locations.
• Analyze inventory flow and perform spot checks, recipe costing audits, and wastage reviews.
• Prepare and present clear audit reports with actionable recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT teams to improve workflow transparency.
• Support external audits and interface with tax authorities when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification: ACA, ACCA would be an added advantage.
• 4–6 years of audit experience, preferably in Manufacturing, FMCG, food service, or retail operations.
• Solid understanding of financial audits, internal controls, and inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and audit/accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP).
Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
