Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary:
Our client, a leading cosmetic manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join her team. As a Finance Manager, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Reporting: Develop financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and reports to achieve company objectives.
- Internal Audit: Conduct audits, assess financial and operational risks, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Financial Analysis and Insights: Provide financial analysis to support business decisions, identify trends, and forecast future performance.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
- Reporting and Analytics: Monitor financial performance metrics, prepare reports, and use data analytics to drive improvement.
- Cost Management: Optimize financial costs, reduce expenses, and negotiate contracts with financial service providers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
