We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee and optimize our financial operations. The role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning while driving efficiency and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
- Partner with project teams to manage budgets and control costs.
- Implement efficient financial systems and processes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Lead and mentor the finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years in a senior finance role (preferably in design, architecture, or construction).
- Full ICAN/ACCA (or equivalent) certification.
- Proven experience setting up a finance function from scratch.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
