Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Officer at Victory Empowerment Centre in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Field Officer will be responsible for executing micro-finance services, conducting group assessments, facilitating loan disbursements and collections, and providing support to women entrepreneurs. The role involves regular field visits and engagement with community members.

Qualifications

• Experience in micro-finance services, community development, or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to conduct group assessments and facilitate financial transactions
• Knowledge of poverty alleviation strategies and women empowerment programs
• Fluency in local languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or relevant field
