Farm Manager (5-Acre Farm, Ogun State, Nigeria) ?

Are you an experienced and hands-on farm professional with a passion for sustainable agriculture? Do you have the skills to efficiently manage a 5-acre farm and drive productivity? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee daily farm operations, including planting, irrigation, fertilization, and harvesting

✅ Manage crop rotation, soil health, and pest control for maximum yield

✅ Supervise and train farm workers to ensure productivity and efficiency

✅ Maintain and repair farm equipment, tools, and infrastructure

✅ Implement sustainable and eco-friendly farming techniques

✅ Manage farm finances, including budgeting, procurement, and expense tracking

✅ Coordinate sales and distribution of farm produce to local markets and buyers

✅ Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and safety standards

Qualifications & Skills:

? Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field (preferred)

? 1 - 3+ years of experience in farm management, crop production, or livestock farming

? Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, pest control, and soil management

? Hands-on experience with farm equipment and machinery maintenance

? Ability to analyze farm data and optimize production strategies

? Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

? Understanding of Nigeria’s agricultural market and climate conditions
