Facility Manager – Zhabitat Co-Working Space (Onsite)

We're hiring a Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive client acquisition and retention.

Job Summary

As Facility Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the space, maintaining high service standards, and driving workspace sales. This includes managing daily activities within the facility, handling client relations, and actively working to meet sales targets for office rentals, desk spaces, and meeting rooms. You’ll play a central role in shaping the experience and growth of Zhabitat.

Key Responsibilities Facility & Operations Management

  • Oversee daily functioning of the co-working space, including offices, shared desks, and conference rooms.
  • Ensure the environment is always clean, secure, well-organized, and fully equipped.
  • Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, and utilities with service vendors.
  • Handle front-desk duties, admin support, and general office management.
  • Respond to client concerns, resolve facility-related issues, and maintain satisfaction.
  • Manage bookings, availability schedules, and ensure proper use of all space assets.

Sales & Client Management

  • Actively promote workspace offerings to individuals, small businesses, and walk-in clients.
  • Follow up on leads, conduct tours, and close sales for offices, desks, and meeting rooms.
  • Maintain a client pipeline and meet defined sales KPIs and occupancy targets .
  • Build strong relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals.
  • Keep accurate records of inquiries, bookings, payments, and client feedback.
  • Work with leadership to develop offers and pricing strategies that drive conversions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in facility management, customer service, sales, or office administration.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals in a service-based environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and professional in dealing with clients.
  • Must be available onsite full-time and live within or near Ago Palace Way, Lagos .
