Tamo images Media Tech Ltd. is building Africa’s largest visual media company — with brands like Tamo Images , Buds & Todds , Art Media Africa , TumiArt , and Galari under its umbrella.

We’re looking for a highly organized, creative-minded Executive Assistant to support our CEO with content direction, campaign execution, and day-to-day creative project management.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the CEO with creative briefs, research, and concept development
• Coordinate across photography, design, and content teams
• Manage timelines, creative files, and shoot-day logistics
• Handle decks, reports, creative calendars, and presentations
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and partners

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are detail-oriented, organized, and visually smart
• understand content and content writing
• Have strong written & visual communication skills
• Have experience in Marketing, Media Production, photography, or creative campaign environments
• Have Event planning or production support experience
• Are familiar with Canva, Google Workspace, and basic creative tools
• Thrive in hybrid environments with autonomy and responsibility
