8thGear Hub and Venture Studio, a company based in Magodo, Lagos State is looking to hire for a talented Creative Designer to join our Communications Team! If you’re a visual storyteller with a passion for great design, brand communication and team building, we’d love to meet you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design creative assets for digital and print (social media, newsletters, websites, event materials, etc.)
- Translate briefs into visually engaging content tailored to various audiences
- Maintain high design standards and align with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have completed NYSC
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (freelance or internship experience included)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and similar tools
- Strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and branding
- Excellent project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
