Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Lekki. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting executive staff, managing executive schedules, preparing expense reports, and providing general administrative assistance. Daily tasks will include coordinating meetings, handling communication for executives, and ensuring the smooth operation of executive tasks.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Expertise in preparing Expense Reports and general Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is a plus
