POSITION 1: ENTRY LEVEL ( 5 POSITIONS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with electrical installations and basic repairs
- Learn electrical system maintenance under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and electrical codes
- Handle basic wiring, outlets, and switches
- Support senior technicians with installations
- Maintain tools and equipment
Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in electrical work or related technical field
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools
- Willingness to learn and take instruction
- Physical fitness for manual work
- No formal education requirements - practical skills valued
POSITION 2: MID-LEVEL (5 POSITIONS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems
- Lead troubleshooting and diagnostic work
- Supervise and train junior technicians
- Work independently on electrical panels and advanced wiring
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
- Handle emergency repairs and maintenance
