The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dishwashing area.
Key Responsibilities:
● Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
● Ensure the dishwashing area is clean, organized, and hazard-free.
● Dispose of garbage properly and follow waste segregation.
● Assist with basic cleaning of kitchen floors and surfaces.
● Support chefs and kitchen assistants with cleaning tasks during service.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a steward or kitchen cleaner is an advantage.
Physical stamina for standing and lifting.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices.
Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
