Direct Sales Agent

Salary: ₦171,000 Monthly

Job Overview:
We are seeking passionate and result-driven Direct Sales Agents to join our team in Enugu. As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to potential customers, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach prospective customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products/services.
- Keep accurate records of sales, transactions, and customer interactions.
- Participate in daily or weekly sales meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSC/HND or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Enugu.
