Direct Sales Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking proactive and self-motivated Direct Sales Agents to join our team in Gombe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling financial products and services directly to customers, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and introduce company products through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
- Market and sell financial products to individuals and businesses.
- Explain product features, benefits, and payment options to clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Attend training sessions and participate in sales meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BSC, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in direct sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be resident in or willing to work in Gombe.
