Job Summary
We are hiring a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead SEO, PPC, and content marketing. You’ll plan & execute campaigns, optimize websites, and apply analytics to drive traffic, boost conversions, and maximize ROI. Success requires proven experience, technical skills, and a data-driven approach. This is a fully remote role.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):
- Perform keyword research and gap analysis using Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
- Optimise on-page SEO, including meta titles/descriptions, schema markup, and internal linking Develop and oversee a link-building strategy and track domain authority growth
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns:
- Create, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms
- Perform A/B testing, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation
Report on performance, ROI, and continuous improvement plans
Website & Content Strategy:
- Collaborate with our web team to ensure website content and structure support marketing goals
- Plan and write SEO-focused landing pages, blog posts, and lead magnets Manage site performance insights using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and heatmapping tools like Hotjar
Analytics and Reporting:
- Set up and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to communicate performance metrics
- Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness Stay current on algorithm updates and digital marketing trends
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a verifiable portfolio of campaigns
- Deep knowledge of Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools
- Proven success in managing both organic and paid search strategies
- Strong technical understanding of on-page and technical SEO
- Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised, self-driven, and metrics-oriented
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation and CRM tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign)
- Copywriting experience for lead-gen or conversion-oriented campaigns
Google Ads Certification or similar credentials
