Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring content is tailored to the specific audience of each.
- Foster relationships with followers by responding to comments and messages, and creating interactive posts that drive engagement.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media and adapt strategies accordingly to keep the brand relevant. Provide innovative ideas and creative input for marketing strategies that align with company goals and audience preferences.
SEO and Content Optimization:
- Implement search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to increase content visibility and drive organic traffic to websites and social media platforms.
- Conduct keyword research to identify and integrate relevant search terms in content creation for better ranking on search engines. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to assess content performance and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.
Campaign Management:
- Design, execute, and monitor digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads to reach targeted audiences.
- Work within allocated budgets and measure the return on investment (ROI) of digital marketing efforts. Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, graphic design, and product development, to ensure consistency and alignment with the overall brand message.
Email Marketing:
- Design and distribute newsletters and email campaigns that provide value to subscribers, promoting products, services, and brand updates. Utilize email marketing tools to segment audiences and personalize content for different customer segments to enhance open and click-through rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and moreRequirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, and content creation with verifiable evidence.
