We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team on a short-term contract basis, with a focus on growing our online presence and engaging our community.
Job Description
The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies to promote the school, increase visibility, and drive enrollment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the school’s social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, and engagement).
Develop and execute digital campaigns to promote school programs and events.
Create engaging graphics, videos, and written content tailored to preschool education.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
Support advertising initiatives (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
Core Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and advertising.
Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation.
Creativity with the ability to design visually appealing and engaging content.
Good understanding of IT and online tools relevant to marketing.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
Educational Qualification: Degree in Marketing or related field (or proven competence in digital marketing).
Certifications: Not mandatory, but digital marketing certifications are an advantage.
Experience: Previous experience in digital marketing/social media management preferred.
