Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Tech Support Trainer at Digital Bazookas Tech Academy. The Tech Support Trainer will be responsible for delivering online classes, helping students develop their technical skills in troubleshooting and system administration, providing real-world scenarios and support, mentoring students, and updating training materials to match industry standards.
Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent Communication skills for teaching and mentoring
• Experience with Digital Photography and Photo Retouching
• Ability to work independently and manage remote classes
• Experience with educational or training environments is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or related field
