Responsibilities:

• Develop and sketch creative concepts and visuals from narrative briefs
• Create static graphic art and complex motion graphics
• Animate and produce short-form and long-form animated videos (YouTube shorts, trailers, promos)
• Blend AI tools with traditional software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Blender, DaVinci Resolve, Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Hydra, Leonardo AI, Flux, Ideogram)
• Think visually, tell emotionally-driven stories, and iterate quickly
• Stay up to date with AI trends, social media algorithms, and viral content formats
• Manage time efficiently to deliver content rapidly and consistently
• Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and platform-specific compliance
• Visual Storytelling: Convert narrative ideas into compelling storyboards, style frames, and animated videos optimised for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, and Instagram
• Graphic Design: Build brand graphics, thumbnails, banners, and key art
• Video/Animation: Create motion graphics and short videos using both AI-based tools and traditional workflows.
• Tool Expertise: Use AI art tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, Hydra, Leonardo AI, Flux, and Ideogram) and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender, and Premiere). Other tools include Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, and DaVinci Resolve
• Creative Workflow: Rapid ideation visual concept illustration animation final deliverable, optimised for digital platforms (like YouTube)
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a multimedia artist, motion graphics designer, or digital animator
• Strong portfolio showing: Graphic design (brand assets, key art), AI-generated visuals, motion graphics, or video animation
• Proficiency with AI animation tools as well as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and at least one 3D or video tool (Blender, Davinci, etc.)
• Familiarity with crafting and refining AI prompts to generate high-quality imagery
• Storyboarding skills and visual narrative sense
• Excellent organisational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines
• Proven experience using AI generation tools such as Midjourney, Leonardo AI, ChatGPT, Flux, Hydra, Ideogram, etc.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering for text, image, and animation generation
• Proficiency with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Solid understanding of storytelling, visual trends, and viral content strategies for short-form video platforms
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of motion graphics, VFX, or interactive storytelling
• Experience in meme culture or viral content development
• Familiarity with voice cloning tools or AI audio tools like ElevenLabs or Synthesia
