Job Summary
As a Design Assistant, typically you have a creative flair and love to interact with people. You will support the lead designer in the coordination of all design project-related communication with clients. You also serve as the customer service lead, ensuring that our clients are excellently attended to and treated like royalty.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling of email/warm calls to interested leads and/or warm introduction calls/email to prospective clients.
- Organise consultation appointments.
- Send schedule confirmation message/email to clients.
- Prepare a log of filled client intake forms and consultation appointments.
- Start client folder and materials box.
- Support lead designer in creation and reviews of design concept (based on client brief and budget), e.g moodboard.
- Follow up with the design team for design concepts and 3D renderings.
- Represent lead designer at client meetings for review of mood board/3D designs.
- Support documentation (shooting of photos/videos) of project progress and completion phase. Coordinate the exchange of correspondence with clients before, during and after design projects.
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience Degree in a related field
