We’re Hiring – Deposit Mobilization Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos (Hybrid)

Salary Range: ₦200,000- ₦250,000 + Attractive Commissions

About the Role

Asteric Asset Management is seeking ambitious, goal-driven individuals to join our team in

expanding our investment portfolio. In this role, you will actively attract, onboard, and retain

clients for fixed-term deposits, playing a key part in driving our business growth. This position offers you a platform to sharpen your networking, sales, and financial advisory

skills while building a strong professional portfolio

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new clients for deposit placement.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat and larger

investments.

• Mobilize deposits for fixed-term investments with a minimum duration of 60 days.

• Educate clients on our fixed deposit offerings

• Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly deposit targets.

• Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance for all deposits.

• Maintain accurate client records, deposit terms, and maturity timelines.

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth processing and fund management.

• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer insights, and competitor

activity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

• 2-3 years relevant work experience

• Strong network of HNIs, SMEs, and potential retail investors is a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
