Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into our tech security solutions.
- Educate clients on products and services, offering guidance on how to maximize value.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, and Operations) to resolve client issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and generate reports on service performance. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer experience and onboarding efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in customer service, client onboarding, or account management (experience in tech/security industry is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management.
- Certifications in Customer Service or CRM tools (added advantage).
- Must be based in Lagos or willing to relocate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High emotional intelligence and customer empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
