Job Description :
We're looking for a Lagos-based crowdsourcing expert to help us build traction and drive early adoption of our newest platform. This is a performance-driven, commission-based role ideal for someone who understands how to connect with communities, organize grassroots outreach, and convert conversations into users.
This role is not about sitting behind a desk — it’s about being in the field, understanding local behavior, and activating interest through smart, people-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage digital and physical outreach campaigns
Source real users across WhatsApp, Telegram, and community spaces
Encourage app downloads and registrations from targeted segments
Gather field feedback to improve user experience and messaging
Report progress and collaborate with internal product and growth teams
Help build and scale a loyal, Lagos-first user base
Location & Engagement
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (Must be physically present and familiar with the environment)
Engagement Type: Freelance/Contract
Compensation: Commission-based — You earn based on results and performance
