Company Description
BPO Homes Inc. is a Real Estate Brokerage and Technology company geared at helping agents grow their business. We also provide agents with a modern real estate CRM platform and supporting tools.
Role Description
Lead concise, high-impact CRM demos for real estate agents, ask for the sale, and onboard new customers onto our tech stack. Provide front-line product support (how-to, best practices, simple troubleshooting) and keep clean notes and follow-ups. This is a client-facing role blending sales demos, light closing, onboarding, and support. No prospecting required.
Qualifications
Required:
- Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral pronunciation easily understood by U.S. audiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in IT / Technical Support roles
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Confident on-camera presence
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Suite applications Stable internet connection

Work Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM Nigeria Time)
Compensation
Contract role with performance bonuses tied to demos, closes, and onboarding quality. Details will be provided during group interview.
