The Creative/Graphics Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing compelling visual designs that reflect the brand’s identity, attract target customers, and enhance brand positioning across retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all creative assets (print, digital, and in-store).
- Ensure visual guidelines are adhered to across campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Design engaging creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest).
- Develop website and e-commerce banners, lookbooks, and product showcase visuals.
- Support digital marketing campaigns (email designs, paid ad creatives, influencer collaborations).
- Create store signage, window display concepts, posters, brochures, flyers, and catalogues.
- Design promotional and seasonal campaign visuals for in-store experiences.
- Edit and retouch product/lifestyle photos for catalogues and digital platforms.
- Support video and motion graphic needs for campaigns and reels.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and e-commerce teams to translate business needs into creative concepts.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and idea development for seasonal campaigns and launches.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Atleast 4 years of proven experience as a Graphic/Creative Designer
- Experience in the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) is key
- Photography/photo-editing and basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics.
- Skilled in Figma/Canva for quick design execution.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media content design best practices.
- Strong creative flair with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas into visually appealing outputs.
- Good time management and ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
