Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented and versatile Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, the ability to maintain food quality, and manage kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality meals according to recipes and standards
- Oversee food preparation and ensure timely delivery during service hours
- Maintain food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
- Manage kitchen inventory and food costs efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and support a team-oriented environment
- Innovate and contribute ideas for new menu items
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Ability to cook a range of local and international dishes
- Good understanding of kitchen equipment and safety procedures
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Culinary certification or training is mandatory
