About the Role:
We are a fast-growing fashion brand in Surulere, specializing in bespoke footwear and leather fashion accessories. We're looking for a smart, creative, and reliable Content & Operations Manager to handle customer service, daily business operations, and social media content creation. This role is perfect for someone who is both business-minded and creatively skilled, especially in photography, videography, and editing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in clients and provide top-notch customer service.
- Manage customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Respond to messages and inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit photo/video content for social media.
- Create and suggest engaging content ideas that align with brand goals.
- Monitor trends and come up with strategies to increase visibility and sales.
- Maintain daily organization of operations and assist in driving growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in content creation (photography, videography, editing).
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends.
- Organized, smart, and reliable with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working on-site in Surulere.
- Interest or background in fashion is a plus.
