Role Summary

This is not just a content role — it's a hybrid of storytelling, visual strategy, and sales influence. We're hiring a full-time, in-house Content Creator who is hands-on with video, photo, and styling, and also has a strong grasp of brand copywriting and digital marketing.

Your day-to-day will focus 80% on content creation (shooting, editing, styling, publishing), and 20% on copywriting, email content, and sales optimization. You’ll also receive a personal referral tracker to earn commission on sales influenced by your content.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in an aesthetic, fast-paced environment and can consistently deliver content that performs, not just looks good.

Key Responsibilities

A. Core Focus (80%) – Content Creation & Visual Storytelling

Content Production & Social Media

• Plan, shoot, edit and post original content (Reels, TikToks, Carousels, Unboxings, Showroom Shoots)

• Style and showcase products in real homes or branded spaces with a premium lens

• Develop educational, aspirational, or trending content that converts views into product inquiries or sales

• Curate and maintain Vee Homes’ visual identity across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and blog

Monthly Content Planning

• Maintain a dynamic content calendar tied to product launches, campaigns, and marketing themes

• Collaborate with showroom and warehouse teams for timely access to inventory and content cues

• Stay ahead of trends in home décor, lifestyle content, and platform formats

B. Strategic Add-Ons (20%) – Copy, Sales, CRM Coordination

Copywriting & Messaging

• Write clear, brand-aligned copy for:

• Instagram captions

• WhatsApp broadcasts

• Email newsletters (launches, promos, announcements)

• Website banners and product callouts

Performance & CRM Integration

• Use your referral tracker to promote Vee Homes products and earn sales-based commissions

• Draft product-focused email and WhatsApp messages that drive customer action

• Support campaign execution by working with the CRM/Marketing team to align messaging with customer segments

• Review content performance data to improve formats and engagement

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 2–3 years of experience creating high-impact content for brands (preferably in home, fashion, or lifestyle)

• Proficient in content editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Lightroom, Canva, or Adobe Suite

• Strong mobile videography and photography skills (bonus if you have your own tools)

• Excellent copywriting skills with a track record of writing content that sells or converts

• Demonstrated ability to manage a content calendar and deliver to deadlines

• Familiarity with social platforms’ algorithms, visual trends, and consumer behavior

Bonus Skills

• Experience using WooCommerce, Shopify, Zoho CRM, or email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Zoho Campaigns)

• SEO or blog writing experience

• Experience collaborating with influencers or managing affiliate-style promotions

• Existing personal social media following in home décor, lifestyle, or design
