We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator who will be responsible for producing engaging and informative content for our company across our range of digital channels. Ensuring our digital presence supports and enhances our business offerings and delivers our messages effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Research on industry-related topics.
- Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides.
- Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics.
- Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content.
- Analyze web traffic to measure the success of the content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates).
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares).
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
- Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest.
- Measuring social media traffic statistics.
- Monitor the increase in traffic due to new content and take actions accordingly to improve the traffic metrics.
- Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws.
- Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans.
- Lead on the day-to-day management of our digital channels.
- Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Create awareness and interest within our audiences and stakeholder groups, driving traffic to engage with digital content.
- Attend events, committee meetings and functions as and when appropriate.
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Content Creator in prior roles creating strong and engaging content.
- Portfolio of published contents.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems.
- Ability to create engaging and compelling content.
- Familiar with SEO best practices.
- Experience in developing and managing social media campaigns across channels.
- Experience in creating/editing images.
- Experience in video production, including filming, editing and delivering.
- Understanding of digital analytics and metrics, their importance and the tools to monitor, manage and evaluate them.
