Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
As a Relationship Manager, you will serve as the key point of contact for our high-value clients, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and luxurious lifestyle experience. Your role involves nurturing strong client relationships, anticipating needs, curating bespoke solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to exceed expectations. You must be a proactive communicator, a problem-solver, and a champion of white-glove service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring prompt and exceptional service delivery.
- Understand each client’s unique preferences, lifestyles, and expectations to personalize every interaction.
- Coordinate with concierge, travel, events, and vendor management teams to fulfill client requests efficiently and discreetly.
- Proactively manage client accounts and provide regular updates on services, events, and exclusive opportunities.
- Anticipate client needs and suggest curated experiences, products, or services that align with their lifestyle.
- Address and resolve client issues or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain a database of client preferences, interactions, and key milestones (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries).
- Work closely with marketing and PR teams to introduce clients to new offerings and seasonal promotions.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and providing an exceptional first impression of the brand.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in client services, account management, or hospitality—preferably in luxury or lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a passion for delivering excellence.
