Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Support Specialist located in Lagos. The Client Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling client inquiries and issues. Day-to-day tasks include managing communications with clients, offering analytical insights for improvements, and working closely with the team to provide seamless support services. The specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience and driving customer satisfaction.


Deliverables

  • Provide excellent support to clients via phone, email, and social media
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Update clients on the progress of their visa applications or travel arrangements
  • Maintain client records and update CRM systems
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction
  • Educate clients about Cosiv Travels' services and offerings


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Support experience
  • Proven track record of ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • At least 1 year of client-facing or customer service experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Analytical Skills to assess and improve client support processes
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Prior experience in travel or visa consultancy is a plus
  • A minimum of an OND in a relevant field is preferred
  • Proximity to job location (e.g., residing in or around Jibowu, Yaba, Anthony, Fadeyi, Maryland, Ojota, Costain, or Ojuelegba)


Salary: ₦100,000 net monthly
