The Client Representative will serve as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, managing client inquiries, and supporting the sales and property management teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in client service, sales, or real estate is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Good understanding of real estate processes and customer management.
- Must be professional, organized, and client-focused.
