Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Success Manager to strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with our clients. The successful candidate will be highly organized, articulate, and client-focused, with excellent communication and administrative skills. You will be responsible for onboarding clients, supporting them throughout their journey, and ensuring they get maximum value from ARONE’s services.

- Completed higher education qualification or equivalent professional experience.
Core Role Requirement(s):
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and professional support.
- Manage client onboarding and provide clear guidance throughout the engagement process.
- Draft and manage professional letters, reports, and business correspondence.
- Write clear, professional, and concise emails.
- Use spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) to track and report on client information.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Prepare and present reports to internal teams and stakeholders on client performance and engagement.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate eloquently and professionally.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Competence with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
- Ability to draft professional business correspondence (letters, reports, and emails).
- Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
Secondary Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or account management role.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
- Adaptability and ability to manage multiple client accounts at once.
- Confidence in presenting information in meetings or reports.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support both clients and internal teams.
