Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services/Sales & Marketing Officer located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The individual will be responsible for handling client services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves managing communication with clients, conducting financial assessments, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive company growth.

Qualifications

• Client Services and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Finance skills and experience in financial assessments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
