Key Responsibilities
- Support site supervision, ensuring work follows plans, specs, and safety standards.
- Track progress, measurements, and quantities for billing and verification.
- Ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate material handling and storage.
- Assist in quality control checks and reporting.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress and issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain site records and documentation.
- Promote safety compliance and report hazards.
- Coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and senior engineers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Support in resolving technical issues and queries.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Participate in site meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (1 - 3+ years) as a site engineer or similar role in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations.
- Experience working with engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or Revit.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and make decisions under pressure.
- Basic understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
