Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Church Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our church and provide essential support to the pastoral team, ministers, and congregation. This role is central to ensuring that the church runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with its mission and values.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the church office, including correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records (membership, finances, attendance, inventory, etc.).
- Oversee scheduling of church activities, events, and facility usage.
- Support the pastoral staff with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Coordinate volunteers and assist ministry leaders with logistics.
- Manage financial processes such as budgeting, reporting, donations, and expense tracking (in collaboration with the finance team/treasurer).
- Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and denominational requirements.
- Maintain church communications, including bulletins, newsletters, website updates, and social media posts. Act as the first point of contact for visitors, members, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Must reside in Festac Town, or its immediate Environs.
- Proven experience in administration, office management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic financial software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff and volunteers.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to the church’s mission.
- Familiarity with church operations or ministry settings is an added advantage.
