We need a seasoned and industrious child educator with a good qualification (and an administrative background) to join our team as soon as possible. This individual will teach and manage nursery-level kids and nursery teachers. Our school is new but highly futuristic. We entertain individual interests of our staff-members as well.
The ideal candidate will be one who is/has:
- tame and passionate towards children/kids
- knows how to teach kids of varying levels of understanding and brain capacity
- Montessori experience
- Qualification and/or extensive experience in teaching Phonics / Jolly Phonics
- Skillful in classroom management and can create joyful games and plays for kids
- a teaching qualification (an educational certificate like NCE or B.Ed in child education with a good GPA)
- an additional or complimentary administrative qualification (Business Administration/Management/Public Administration)
- an experience working for a private school as an administrator (having managed nursery school)
- an extensive experience teaching young learners aged 2 - 6 for a good number of years.
- experience designing curriculum and exhaustible lessons for young learners
- a creative and assertive person who can implement organizational policies and integrate interesting extra-curricular activities into the school
- driven towards quality and standard maintenance
- punctual and smart
- organized and and can beat deadlines for task completions
- professional, honest and disciplined
- strong knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- intrinsically driven towards achieving academic success for pupils and the organization at large.
Deliverables:
- Drafting curriculum from an existing curriculum and designing and deploying effective lesson notes and plans to the classes
- teaching nursery level pupils
- innovating the teaching methods and materials on an occasional bases
- researching and applying best teaching practices
- creates and implements safe games and plays for children
- guiding the nursery teachers and administering their activities
- handling administrative affairs that relate to the nursery section
- supervision of teaching staff
- curriculum administration
- maintenance of school affairs and quality regulation
- promoting the school in favorable ways (during or outside of marketing exercises)
Compensation:
The compensation of 60,000 or 80,000 (depending on qualification and experience) is just a starting salary. Our organization is new but steadily growing. We also strive to create extra job opportunities within our organization for our dedicated employees. We also help the professional growth of our staff. The services of our selfless staff members will be fairly appraised and salaries raised duly but subject to the growth of the organization!
