Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a SolidWorks Instructor, located in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. The SolidWorks Instructor will be responsible for developing and conducting comprehensive training sessions, creating instructional materials, and providing hands-on guidance to students. The instructor will evaluate student progress, offer constructive feedback, and tailor lessons to meet individual learning needs. The role involves staying updated with the latest SolidWorks advancements and incorporating them into the training curriculum. The instructor will also collaborate with other staff to enhance the overall training experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD design, and engineering principles
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to provide hands-on instruction and support
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to assess student performance and adapt teaching methods
Previous teaching or mentoring experience is an advantage
