Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef at Chow2Go Limited, located in Osapa, London, Lagos. The Chef will be responsible for preparing a variety of Pan-Asian dishes, ensuring the highest quality and presentation. Daily tasks include menu planning, ingredient sourcing, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and overseeing kitchen staff. The Chef will also be involved in creating new recipes and ensuring all dishes are prepared by health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine and cooking techniques

Experience in menu planning and recipe development

Ability to source and manage high-quality ingredients

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team

Experience in maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards

Formal culinary training or degree is preferred

Previous experience in a fast-casual or similar dining environment is a plus

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
